Campaign by Mindstep Foundation (RCN 1189951)
On 9th September 2023, the Trek for Tomorrow will take place in the Brecon Beacons in aid of two suicide prevention charities: Mindstep Foundation and Boys in Mind.

Story

On 9th September 2023, Georgia, myself and a team of walkers will be hiking Horseshoe Ridge Walk in the Brecon Beacons National Park to raise funds for suicide prevention.

The hike involves a demanding 10 mile circuit leading from the Taf Fechan Forest up to Corn Du (873m), Pen y Fan (886m), Cribyn (795m) and Fan y Big (719m).

I am raising funds for two charities working to prevent suicide, the Mindstep Foundation and Boys in Mind.

The Mindstep Foundation, founded in memory of Max Davies, funds mental health and suicide prevention research at the University of Glasgow, awareness and support.

Boys in Mind works in partnership with children, young people and professionals in a range of settings to promote good mental health and prevent suicide, particularly among boys and young men.

All funds raised will be split evenly between the two charities.

Thank you for your support!
