I’ve decided to run a half marathon this year. This is to push myself into something I have never done but also to raise as much money as I can for F.A.I.R. - Funding Auto Immune Research.

Auto immune diseases are close to home for me. I have a twin sister dealing with type 1 diabetes and both my wife, mother law and step mum are suffering from a mix of them as well!

These woman inspire me so much as they face each day with a smile and still go through life smashing it regardless of the daily challenges they have.

I want to raise awareness for everyone facing the daily struggles you can get with auto immune disease and research that can help people on their journeys.
