We deliver free, quality care and support to over 2,500 patients & families each year

Story

LOROS is a charity whose aim is to enhance the quality of life of adult patients with cancer, progressive neurological conditions and end-stage organ failure for whom curative treatment is no longer possible. Patients are treated at the Hospice and in the community based upon clinical need, regardless of background and the ability to pay.

At the age of 10 I lost my Mum to Liver cancer. During her last year of life, she spent a lot of time in Loros hospice. The team that cared for my Mum were incredibly supportive and kind both to my Mum and my family. They made my Mums remaining days significantly more comfortable and helped us as a family to cope with what lay ahead. None of this would have been possible without the funding and kindness of donors. I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 6th April in memory of my Mum and would love it if you could support this amazing charity with whatever you can manage.
