We provide suicide prevention resources to help prevent suicide in the UK

Story

This spring I am running the London Marathon and the Hackney Half Marathon in support of CALM. 12 years after my last marathon - older, slower, and creakier - I'm running the marathon as part of Heath's Heelers in memory of our friend Heath.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading the fight against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. CALM offers life-saving services, including a free and confidential helpline and webchat available every day, supporting anyone who’s struggling. They also challenge the stigma around mental health, promote positive wellbeing, and push for societal change so that no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

Thank you so much for anything you can contribute.
