Story

We are taking a walk on the wild side!

In April 2024, myself and my MAPAL colleagues Char and Emma are setting off on a 13-day trek to Cambodia. The trek itself will be 100km over pretty challenging and difficult terrain, in humidity and at an altitude that we're not used to. We'll also be sleeping in the wild. (And all while trying to avoid upsetting some pretty hostile wildlife!)

While we're there, we'll be constructing an eco bungalow within a Cambodian community, leaving a positive footprint behind.

We're doing this to support Springboard, a fantastic charity that helps vulnerable people from all ages and backgrounds find sustainable employment in the hospitality, leisure and tourisms industries across the UK. Without the great work of these guys, the lives of some may take a very different path.

Any contribution you make, we'd be delighted to receive.

Thank you very much, Char, Emma and James, x.
