Story
In my 30th year I have decided to do something extreme, for an extremely important cause. What better than a skydive? I'll be taking the plunge in aid of local hospice charity, Hospiscare!
Hospiscare provide support for terminally ill patients and their families and I would love to be able to raise a significant amount of money for the charity.
Unfortunately my skydive has had to be re-arranged due to the wash out we had on the Sunday I was supposed to complete the jump, but I am hoping that with the extra time I can reach £2,000.
A Message from Alice at Hospiscare
Hello! I do apologise, but I wanted to hi-jack this update to say a few words:
On behalf of everyone at Hospiscare, I would like to thank James for taking on a challenge for Hospiscare and for all his incredible fundraising efforts.
To tackle a skydive takes real determination and drive to make a difference – and I know that the news his challenge would have to be postponed due to the poor weather will have been disappointing.
However, as James looks to reschedule his skydive, it’s important to take a moment to reflect on what has been achieved so far and the reality is that the funds raised will make a real difference to local patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Thank you for being part of something truly special and helping enable us to be there for people when they need us most.
I hope you will continue to support James on this incredible journey. Onwards and upwards!
Thank you again for all your support and understanding. We really do appreciate it!
Best wishes,
