On 18 October this year, James and myself (and about 20 other crazy people), will embark on an epic 1000 mile bike ride from Bilboa in Northern Spain, to Faro on the South Coast of Portugal - it's quite literally, Too Faro!

We're doing this all in support of the amazing work of the Steve Bernard Foundation (SBF) which was set up in the memory of Stevie B. Stevie B was a talented and avid sportsman, who lost his life in a tragic car accident. In his memory, Stevie's family and friends set up SBF.

SBF gives guidance, financial support and equipment to a range of great sporting causes across the UK. They have provided kit to local boxing clubs, wheelchair rugby teams, AFC Bournemouth Ability Counts and many other great causes. SBF is run entirely by volunteers and we are really proud to support them.

This challenge is going to be a real test of endurance, as we cycle across mountain ranges and deal with whatever the weather throws at us over the 11 days we've got to complete the challenge. As well as cycling, James will be donating his time as a mechanic for the cause, keeping our bikes in shipshape order as we go. There's going to be some real highs and probably a few lows (thinking of the sore bums!), but we can't wait to take it all on for this great cause and the wonderful work SBF do.
