Story
I last had my hair cut in March 2020. It is now quite long! 😁
However there is something deserving I can do which is to have it cut off (well most of it) and donated to the Little Princess Trust. They use real hair to create wigs for children who through illness have lost their own. Mine will grow back, theirs may not.
So my hair will go to a good cause. However it costs to make a wig - on average £700 to provide one wig to a child or young person. This cost covers the making, fitting and styling of the wig.
I have never done anything like this before, but if we all give a little bit then there is a chance we can improve at least one child's self image and confidence.
So please click on the link and give what you can. If you can tick the Gift Aid they will be able to claim a bit more from the government too 😀
Further details about the Little Princess Trust are below...
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
