I’ve decided to take on a huge challenge by running the entire 83 miles of the Norfolk Coastal Paths.
Im hoping to complete the challenge in 24 hours but it depends on my legs! 🤣
This is going to be a huge challenge both physically & mentally so please donate and make the pain worth it!

Boys’ Development Programme
We know that pressures of men and boys often leads them towards persistent negative outcomes. From sexual assault to poor physical and mental health, violence against others or against themselves, statistics point to a critical problem. We also know that boys aren’t broken, and we know that there are versions of being a man that are positive and equal. We are looking for funds to develop a Boys’ Development Programme.
This will be delivered to boys in the final years of primary school, preparing for transition, and to boys at varying stages of secondary school. Combining one-to-one mentoring and group sessions, the programme encourages boys to improve their skills in effective communication, conflict management and emotional literacy.
The programme facilitates positive peer mentoring and is tailored to be inclusive of all school aged boys including those who may be at risk of disengagement or exclusion.
Through meaningful activities and discussions, boys are encouraged to thrive in education, develop their aspirations and to navigate the challenges of male adolescence.
Equipping parents, teachers, coaches, and youth workers
You know those boys!
You know them from your classroom, your sports team, your dinner table. You’ve seen them trying out what it means to be a man and navigating the rough waters of adolescence. In addition, when you need to be there for them, to be an emotional support or an invaluable mentor, where do you turn to know, with confidence and calm certainty, what to do?We aim to equip parents, educators, coaches, and youth workers to anchor them in what it is to be a 'good man' and offer them opportunities for connection and meaning.
