Ironman 70.3, 6 July 2024
In memory of Mum (Sue) and Bob Adams
We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

After completing stage one of the challenge, the London Marathon, we move on to stage two. On the 6th July I will be attempting an Ironman 70.3 in memory of Mum (Sue), and our dear friend, Bob Adams. The event will be centred around Lords Meadow Leisure Centre and Crediton Rugby Club. I will be required to do a 2000 metre swim followed by a 56 mile bike ride and finished off with a half marathon. All for the purpose of raising as much money as possible for the MNDA.

The event has been broken down into sections so family and friends can join in at different stages along the way.
