I am participating in Trek26 London, to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society. It's heartbreaking to see someone you love slowly forget who they are and become less of themselves each day. That's why I want to help find a solution to this devastating disease. The Alzheimer's Society is doing incredible work in providing help and hope for those living with dementia today, and I want to be a part of that effort.
