Harrogate Homeless Project is doing incredible work, providing front line support to people facing extreme difficulties in moments of absolute desperation.

Harrogate Homeless Project provides people experiencing homelessness in the Harrogate District, with a safe place to stay and the support they need to build confidence and move towards independent living. They operate a day centre, supporting people experiencing homelessness with day-to-day care, emergency overnight accommodation, a 16-bed hostel and move on housing along with a range of support services.

With an average of 360 meals served and 55 hostel admissions each month, they do everything they can to support those who are truly in need.

I will be walking 104 kilometres (10 laps of Swinsty and Fewston reservoirs) in 24 hours, to raise money with the hope that it will help to support more people in our local community. Thank you for your donations, and I would like to encourage anyone who wishes to join me to come along, whether it be for the whole challenge, or just a segment!
