Livvy Lou’s Loved Ones is a charity set up to help disabled, seriously ill children and support their families. They aim to provide financial help for children who need specialist equipment, intense therapy courses, and much needed respite/breaks for them and their families.

I’ll be raising money for them by running the Beyond London ultramarathon and aiming to complete the 55km run in less than 5 hours. All donations and support will be gratefully appreciated.
