We’re inviting you to take on the CRY 100k Heart Challenge! This February for #HeartMonth, run, walk, swim or cycle 100km to raise awareness and funds to help CRY protect young lives through life-saving cardiac screening, research, and support.

Story

During #HeartMonth this February, I will be running 100km to help raise awareness and vital funds for CRY.

I'm a trustee of CRY, and have been supporting their work for almost 20 years. It's an amazing charity which aims to reduce sudden cardiac death in young people (14-35 year olds) and support families and friends who have lost loved ones. Every week in the UK 12 fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions, and 1 in 300 young people have potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions.

If you want to join me on this challenge, you can run, walk, swim or cycle the 100km, it’s the perfect way to boost your energy by getting active, whilst supporting the charity.

Join me by clicking on the following link, which will take you to our CRY Active Hub: www.totalactivehub.com/partners/cry/events/heart-month-100km

Let’s get moving together, inspire others to join in and raise vital funds and awareness of CRY’s work!
