Raising £30,000 in 2023 to mark 30 years of The Brain Charity

Story

30 for 30 challenge: raising £30,000 in 2023 to mark 30 years of The Brain Charity.

This year 2023 marks The Brain Charity's 30th birthday.

The charity was founded 30 years ago, in 1993, by doctors at The Walton Centre Liverpool, who realised that better community support was needed for people with neurological diagnoses, such as Autism, Brain Injuries etc.

Through my work I have grown to know the great work The Brain Charity do and have gotten to know alot of the awesome staff that work there and support they offer. With my son having Autism and my wife having ADHD and Dyspraxia this charity has become very close to me.

So I have challenged myself to come out of event retirement and do my first Triathlon in 3 year.

Having done 5k runs to ultimate marathons and colour runs to 10k military mud runs and everything in-between, this is the first time I have only given myself a limited time to train (60 days) in fact 😂, I have not ran in nearly a year, swam for 3 years or been out on my bike for at least 7 month so this is going be fun🤦.

Please help me support this great charity.

Thanks
