Story

🏃‍♂️ London Marathon 2025 – Running for The Rowans Hospice 🏃‍♂️

On April 27, 2025, I’m taking on the London Marathon—26.2 miles of endurance and determination—all to raise money for the Rowans Hospice. As everyone knows, I'm built like a lorry and move like one so this will be a challenge!

The Rowans Hospice looked after my Grandma in her final days, providing top-quality care and support. They do incredible work for families facing tough times, and I want to give back by running this marathon to riase money for the work they do.

The Rowans Hospice provide palliative care to the highest quality for those living with a life-limiting illness in South East Hampshire. Their hospice carers help improve quality of life for the patient by easing physical symptoms and offering psychological, spiritual and social support to both patients and their loved ones. Hospice care is available round the clock. They receive a very small level of support from the Government with almost all of the money needed to provide their services has to be raised through donations and fundraising.

💪 Please support Rowans Hospice by donating 💪

Every donation helps them continue providing care for those who need it most.
