Story
Hello Everyone! My name is Jamecia Richardson. I am an Admissions Officer at Baptist Health Sciences University. Baptist University is a private faith based institution located in the Medical District in downtown Memphis. I graduated from Baptist in April 2020 with a degree in Population Health. I worked at a non-profit clinic for two years. This past July, Baptist recruited me back to recruit for them. How ironic is that? I am grateful to work at an organization I consider family and believe in helping others.
Not only am I enjoying informing students of the great opportunities at Baptist and why they should choose this University, but I also get the opportunity to make a difference globally. In April 2023, I will venture to Peru, and set up health clinics in and around the city. I will travel to several villages daily to set up field clinics and serve indigenous Peruvians who lack access to essential health services. I feel blessed to allow God's light to shine through me and display the love of Christ to others. I want to let them know that they are on the mind of God. Please join me in helping raise money to attend this trip. No amount is too small. If you can’t give a monetary donation, that is okay. You can help me by sharing this page and including my team and me in your prayers. Thank you so much for your time and I am so excited for this opportunity.
