In 2022 I received life-saving heart surgery at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, following which I had the most fantastic cardiac rehab, funded by the Sussex Heart Charity. Without them, my recovery might not have been so strong, or so quick. I'll be grateful to them forever. So here I am again, running the Brighton Half Marathon to raise money so they can continue their great work in this part of the UK. The event is taking place next year, 2025, in February. In 2024, the kindness and generosity of both friends and strangers raised nearly £800. It would be amazing to get anywhere near that this time. Please - give anything you can.
