Jake got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 6 a week before his 7th birthday and it has completely changed his life in so many ways. I showed him the 60 miles challenge and he was so excited to do it, so he can raise some money to go towards the charities hopefully one day being able to get rid of this awful disease.
