I will be walking the full 25.5 miles in honour of my Grandad, who we sadly lost 5 years ago. Mountbatten Hampshire gave fantastic care and support, not only to him but our whole family. So, I would like to give something back to this incredible charity and I would like to raise as much money as possible for them, so they can continue to give their care and support to our loved ones in their final days.
