Story

I’m raising money for the fire fighters charity for great reasons. They help to ensure that you and your loved ones can easily access empowering information, advice and support, whenever you need it, helping to live healthier and happier. Whether you’re looking to make positive changes to your lifestyle, or in need of support with recovery from injury or illness the fire fighters charity will always be able to help. Whilst I’m currently a retained fire fighter at Hereford fire station, its always a good thing to know that there will always be someone that can help should I have an injury during service or if I need someone to talk to about my mental health. I’ve always tried to help others with their own mental health issues but its a great feeling knowing someone is there to support me as well.
