In 2020 we sadly lost my dad, Alan.

At this time the world was a place of uncertainty & lots of unknowns so throwing in losing a parent during this time was extremely difficult.

The Severn Hospice created a safe environment to create some treasured memories. They really do provide an extended family & no ask is too big.

I’m not a runner, in fact I still don’t count myself as one now however if me moving off the sofa & utilising my legs numerous times a week can result in something big then so be it.. I’m so grateful for this opportunity & for the ongoing support this will provide to the Hospice, this really is my heartfelt way of saying thank you.

Severn Hospice provides specialist care and emotional support for families in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales living with an incurable illness. All our care is provided for free, but it is not without cost - we have to raise £2 for every £3 we spend. It's because you care that we can.
