I've created this page because I want to make a difference. I'm inspired by the work of the YMCA of Greater Louisville and wanted to support them by raising money as part of my participation in the YMCA Annual Campaign. I am so thrilled to be apart of this amazing organization. Having had our father Leon Russell be honored as an Adult Achiever in 1979 to my twin and I going through the program with Victoria Russell being our 1998 Youth Achiever of the Year (I was a finalist, 😂) To both my Nephew, David Crosby and Niece, Noelle Crosby also graduating from the program to Victoria and I now serving on the Chestnut Street Family YMCA Board, and now as Board Chair. And Victoria and I sponsoring a scholarship in our mothers name, the Brenda Russell Memorial Scholarship. What a full circle family affair. Our mother would be so proud!
