Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am raising funds for Rowcroft Hospice. As i'm sure all of my Bay friends will know, this hospice provides incredible services ranging from advice and emotional support, to specialist end of life palliative care and much much more. Rowcroft has helped me and my family personally during times of grief, and also close friends.

Im running Ultra Trail Snowdonia 100km (link below to event) on May 11th with the hope to raise some funds for this incredible charity. If you can spare any change at-all i would be incredibly grateful for your donation.

The event itself involves running 103 kilometres across snowdonia national park with over 21000ft of elevation (including summiting snowdon twice). This event could take me 32 hours to complete which should be interesting!
