Story
Employees from Jackson Civil Engineering are undertaking the gruelling Stour & Orwell Walk on the 14th of June 2024 in order to raise money for The Bumblebee's Chldren's Charity, based in Ipswich.
The plan is to walk the full length of the route, 42 miles, in under 24hrs.
The walk starts at Cattawade, near the border of Essex, then follows the northern side of the River Stour, around the Shotley Peninsula, inland along the River Orwell & finishes at Landguard fort in Felixstowe.

We have set a target of £1000 which would go a long way to helping the Charity who specialise in providing support to families with babies and/or children with physical difficulties.
As well as the walk, we will also be holding a raffle and organises some in-office games, details of which are to follow.
