Story
During my time off this year, I was fortunate enough to spend time working in the Poplar warehouse of Felix Project. This gave me the chance to understand the enormous amount of waste food from supermarkets, that often never even makes it to their store, and the incredible difference it can make to reduce this waste and send it out to those in need, be they schools, shelters, food banks or other charities.
Now I'm back at work I no longer have time to support in person, but really want to support the charity anyway I can, so I do this now through my running and fund-raising.
Please join me in supporting The Felix Project in their fight against hunger.
The Felix Project started with one woman and a van back in 2016 in West London, as a legacy to the memory of a young boy called Felix. They are now London's leading charity working to fight hunger and food waste, helping 260,000 Londoners every week with deliveries to food banks, shelters and schools across the Capital.
With your help we can help keep this effort going, and expand the coverage to even more people in need. Thank you.
