We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

Staff, friends and family of Ystwyth Acute Stroke Ward, Bronglais Hospital will be striding for stroke up Yr Wyddfa/Snowdon on 1 June 2025.

We hope to reach our target of £5,000 with your support. All money raised with be donated to Ystwyth Acute Stroke Ward to purchase rehabilitation equipment and to the Stroke Association of Wales to support stroke survivors in the community.

Stroke is the fourth leading cause of death in the UK. A total of 100,000 people have strokes each year in the UK and there are 1.3 million stroke survivors currently living in the UK.
