Fields of Life is a charity that is close to my heart and being able to support them through fundraising over the last few years has been has been a real pleasure (and really fun!).

Fields of Life seeks to transform the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalised people in East Africa through the provision of quality education, clean water, health promotion and other community based programmes. They seek to strengthen and empower local churches and partners in East Africa to be the drivers of change in their own communities.

They've been doing this for 30 years and your support will help them to continue for the years to come.

Now you may be thinking, Jack, the marathon is in less than 2 weeks away, why are you only fundraising now?? Good question. Well every year I decide to do a challenge i'm not ready for, injure myself and then have to limp through it.

So this year I decided to see if my knees, shins, or ankles gave out before I started fundraising.

So...

Am I ready for a 26.2 mile run? Nope.

Have my knees, shins or ankles failed? Also nope.

Good enough for me!
