We provide much needed support and services to the people of Basildon and Thurrock

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm deeply committed to supporting St. Luke's Hospice, and there are multiple reasons close to my heart for doing so. One significant reason is the memory of my late stepfather.

My company Clearview supports St Lukes Hospice through fundraising events and participation. This was a perfect opportunity to help contribute because St Lukes holds a special place in my heart.

Back in 2020 we sadly lost my stepdad Alan Kendle after his battle with cancer. During his final days, St. Luke's provided not just exceptional care for Alan, but also invaluable support for our entire family. Their compassion and dedication eased our hardship during an incredibly difficult time.

St. Luke’s Hospice is a charity providing compassionate palliative and end-of-life care to people whose illnesses are no longer curable. They deliver care to ensure dignity and empower people to make the choices they want, from the moment they are diagnosed. It's staggering to realize that £11,000 needs to be raised every day to sustain their vital services in Basildon and Thurrock.

That's why I've chosen to take on a Tandem Skydive—to raise both funds and awareness for this profoundly impactful cause.
