Story

For the third October in a row, Leyli and I will run the London Half Marathon in support of the Galilee Foundation,

Since the October 7th Attacks, 60% of Gaza's educational facilities have been damaged or destroyed. This includes all 12 of Gaza's universities, 60% of its schools, 13 public libraries, and several hundred heritage and religious sites. Hundreds of teachers and professors have been killed, and at least 625, 000 students have no access to education. Experts have characterised this situation as a deliberate campaign of scholasticide by the Israeli state, calculated to erase Palestinian national identity.

Supporting Palestinian education is now more important than ever. Please chip in whatever you can so that the Galilee Foundation can continue to provide educational opportunities to some of the most promising young minds Palestine has to offer!
