Dogs Trust is a charity close to my heart. I have supported them for many years and earlier this year I got to visit their amazing Loughborough centre for a BTS tour. Every person I met was so passionate and proud of what they do to help these wonderful dogs. I was also very impressed to learn about their hydrotherapy facilities, which they use to rehabilitate dogs even after rehoming and also the eco credentials of the purpose built facility.

I would love to help the charity further by taking part in their Wall Sit Challenge in October. I will be following their training calendar and hopefully achieve a 3min wall sit by the end of the month 😱
