iWalk for St John, 11 February 2024
As a charity that's worked in the region for over 100 years, we have one aim: Saving sight, changing lives. The people affected are among the most disadvantaged in the world and this war will create an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.

Story

iWalk, the latest in a series of walks pioneered by iYouth to raise funds for St John’s ophthalmic work.

St John has provided vital ophthalmic services in the Holy Land for over 140 years. Today, the need is greater than ever before.

On Sunday February 11th 2024 we are literally walking for the Eye Hospital.

We plan to meet at 1000 for 1030 at Toys Hill National Trust car park in Kent, with a walk before and after our own lunch outdoors. We shall finish with coffee at about 3.30pm, and the walk will be about 6 miles long.

For any coming from London, collection (and return) may be possible from Oxted train station at 0930 / 1630

Be prepared, full winter gear will be needed!

To support this special event, please either:

1. Join us on the iWalk in person, (please email me below for details and a joining commitment), or:

2. Sponsor the group as a whole with a donation of your choice directly to this page.

All funds from this iWalk go directly to the St John of Jerusalem Emergency Appeal.
