This last year has flown by and it is now coming up to Ollies 6th Birthday. Every day I think about what he would have been like now, I see him in Oscar so much and wonder if he would have been as cheeky as him or more chilled out like Holly.

Our Story:

On Wednesday 12th September 2018 I hadn't been feeling well for a few days I felt pretty rubbish, long story short, within an hour of Gaz coming home from work it was so bad I was doubled over and being sick from the pain. Gaz rushed me to A&E where I was pumped full of fluids, painkillers and antibiotics but all I was worried about was the baby.

What I didn't know was I was in septic shock and extremely unwell. They managed to stabilise me and I was eventually transferred to a ward in the early hours of Thursday.

I woke up a little before 4.20 dazed and in pain and buzzed for someone to help and before she could get to me my waters broke. Unfortunately my body couldn't handle all the stress that had been put on it and our beautiful baby boy was born at just 15 weeks.

We are devastated but so thankful to everyone at Worcester Royal Hospital for their quick diagnosis of what was wrong with me. To the bereavement midwives , whatever they pay you it is not enough and to the 4Louis charity for the work they do to supply memory boxes free of charge to parents across the UK.

I have chosen to fundraise for Tommy's this year in the hope they can help even just one less family going through what we have so please help me support them , every penny counts - thank you
