Next Saturday Eirian and I are planning/hoping to walk across Wales - a mere 46 miles in one day (madness I know!) - A number of people have asked us if we are being sponsored so we thought it might help spur us on if we raise some money for charity. My mother and some of my friend's family members have been affected by dementia so it is a charity close to my heart.
