For Dave.

On the 8th and 9th of July a group of us are climbing the Welsh 3 peaks in memory of Dave.

We will be climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan, peak to peak over a 30 hour period, with a combined ascent of 7657ft.

We hope that by coming together as a collective group, family, relatives, friends, we can hold space to honour Dave, his life and the incredible person he was, as well as enjoying the shared company.

Alongside we would like to raise awareness and continue the conversation around mental health and the struggles many face.

We will be fundraising for Mind, whose aim is that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They provide a range of services including community support, counselling, business support and more, offering help and advice to those struggling and/or in crisis.

Mental health struggles are indiscriminate and they are real.
