Story

For nearly 70 years The National Bobath Cerebral Palsy Centre has been committed to providing support, therapy and information to people living with cerebral palsy (CP) and their families, for life.

Cerebral palsy is a life-long condition that is often caused by a stormy start in life. It is the most common childhood disability, affecting 2 in every 1000 live births and there isn't a cure. Every year, our expert team supports over 300 individuals, from babies and toddlers to teenagers and adults, with specialist therapy. Therapy which may help someone manage pain, increase mobility or just get on with their day-to-day life.

The need is increasing, sadly, as the over-stretched NHS can't cope with demand and the cost of living crisis forces many to make difficult choices between essential therapy or paying a bill.

Your very kind donation will enable us to carry on our work, supporting more children, families and individuals. Thank you.
