Hello everyone!
This year I will be completing 100 different sports/events!
These will range from an Iron Man to a 100m sprint, Football, Rugby, Tennis, Triathlons, Pool, Darts, Snooker, Ballet and maybe even an Ultra Marathon and many many more...
I am aiming to inspire and motivate people to get back involved with sport to help their mental and physical health. The health benefits of participating in sport, whatever that sport may be are undeniable.
Throughout this challenge I will be talking about and hopefully braking down the barriers to entry for 100 different sports/events. If we can get just a few people back into sport, being active and socialising I have achieved my goal... But if along the way if we can raise some money for charity then what a bonus that will be!
The biggest factor affecting most people getting into sport is confidence in their own ability. I'm here to show you that there is so so many sports for you to pick from that WILL suit you!
