1 342 km : Un défi pour les géants de la mer /// 1,342 km : A Challenge for the Giants of the Sea
Moi, c’est Arnaud Boucard. Vétérinaire français passionné par les médecines douces (ostéopathie, acupuncture, phytothérapie) et mordu de triathlon. Mon quotidien ? Soigner avec empathie. Mon moteur ? Le dépassement de soi.
Cette année, je pousse mes limites un peu plus loin. À peine 48 heures après avoir franchi la ligne d'arrivée d'un Ironman, je m'élancerai pour un périple titanesque : le tour de l'Islande à vélo.
L'objectif : 1 342 km en seulement 15 jours.
Le symbole : Je souhaite collecter 1 342 €, soit 1 € pour chaque kilomètre parcouru, au profit d'une cause qui me tient viscéralement à cœur.

My name is Arnaud Boucard. I am a French veterinarian specializing in holistic medicine (osteopathy, acupuncture, herbal medicine) and a dedicated triathlete. My daily life is about healing with empathy; my drive is about pushing boundaries.
This year, I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet. Just 48 hours after crossing the finish line of an Ironman, I will set off on a titanic journey: cycling around the entire coast of Iceland.
The Goal: 1,342 km (834 miles) in just 15 days.
The Symbol: I am raising €1,342—exactly €1 for every kilometer pedaled—to support a cause that is deeply personal to me.

Le SEA LIFE TRUST est une ONG mondiale qui se bat pour des océans sains et protégés. Leur mission phare ? Gérer des sanctuaires uniques au monde, comme celui des bélugas en Islande.
Ils offrent une seconde chance à des animaux issus de la captivité (parcs marins, spectacles) pour leur redonner une vie plus sauvage et naturelle. Prendre soin de résidents comme Little Grey et Little White demande des moyens colossaux : soins vétérinaires spécialisés, nourriture et surveillance constante.

SEA LIFE TRUST is a global charity dedicated to protecting our oceans and the stunning marine life within them. Their flagship mission? Operating world-first sanctuaries, such as the Beluga Whale Sanctuary in Iceland.
They provide a second chance at life for animals rescued from captivity (marine parks and shows), offering them a more natural home. Caring for residents like Little Grey and Little White requires massive resources: specialist veterinary care, tons of food, and constant monitoring.

En tant que vétérinaire, la santé animale est mon combat. En tant qu'athlète, l'effort est mon langage.
Je vais transpirer sur les routes islandaises pour que ces incroyables mammifères marins puissent souffler dans des eaux protégées. Chaque euro versé est un coup de pédale de plus vers leur bien-être.
Aidez-moi à transformer ces kilomètres en soins concrets. Ensemble, protégeons les océans.
