At the time of writing, over 11,000 civilians, including more than 4,600 children, have been killed in the Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip since the 7th October 2023.

Irish Writers for Palestine is a series of events taking place in November and December in order to raise much needed funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians.

We will be livestreaming two of these events.

Live from The Black Box, Belfast, tune in for readings from Asmaa Azaizeh, Anna Burns, Mohammed El-Kurd, Wendy Erskine, Leontia Flynn, Farrah Koutteineh, Michael Magee, Glenn Patterson and Stephen Sexton. There will also be music from Múlú and Arborist.
