Story
Water is not accessible to everyone, and 6K is the average distance a girl walks to collect water in many places around the world.
We at Intelex decided to do something about it, and for our Day of Caring activity this year, our Reading Office is organizing a 6K walk with everyone who wants to join together with children and friends in fundraising for World Vision at the same time.
On the 4th of October, ahead of International Day of the Girl on the 11th of October, we will walk from Thames Valley Park close to the river to up to The Bull Pub in Sonning and back to Thames Valley Park for refreshments and cake, this is around 6 km.
Your donations will help to buy water purification kits for 75 families of five, this is enough for clean safe water for 2 months.
Please donate and share this link with friends and family.
