In Dans memory we’d appreciate donations to Claire House Children’s Hospice.

During the final months of Dans life, he was supported at home by the team from Claire House, and I believe their care and kindness encouraged him to keep going when the odds were stacked against him.

What Claire House gave Dan was more than medical care; it was a kind smile, a hug and thoughtful gifts to brighten his day…as well as support for me too. We will be forever grateful for all that they did for us as a family.
