Imperial students are supporting Teenage Cancer Trust by sending a team of students to take on the Kilimanjaro Trek in 2025. Their fundraising efforts will help make sure no young person faces cancer alone.

Story

This September, I will be taking on the challenge of trekking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa!

I need to raise £4,970, 50% of which will go towards the costs of the climb, the other half will go to the charity ‘Teenage Cancer Trust’. The charity funds specialised nurses, youth workers and hospital units in the NHS, so young people have dedicated staff and facilities to support them throughout treatment.

It would be amazing if you could help me reach my funding target!
