Mind BLMK supports individuals across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. They believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone.

They offer a range of different mental health and wellbeing services from ages 14+, including drop-in services that run every evening.

We're taking part in the Mind BLMK Mental Elf Festive 5k Fun Run to help raise vital funds to support the charities' services, and to raise positive mental health awareness.

Alongside the fun run there will be live music, a Christmas market, Santas grotto, food and drink, a wellbeing area and lots of festive fun 💙
