Story

🚲 Join my Journey: Madrid to Malaga, 700km for MQ Mental Health! 🚀

Guess what? I've decided to put my fitness (and sanity) to the ultimate test!

I only started cycling two months ago, so why am I doing this madness? It’s not just a ride – it's an epic adventure of hope and help for Deutsche Bank's UK Charity of the Year, MQ Mental Health Research.

Let's break the stigma and give mental health the attention it deserves – one pedal at a time! 🚲💨

How can you make a difference?

🤩 Donate, Even a Little: Your generosity, regardless of the amount, can make a tremendous difference in someone's life. Every penny goes directly towards providing essential resources, support, and hope to those in need.

⭐️ Spread the Word: Share this message far and wide! Encourage your friends, family, and colleagues to join us in supporting mental health awareness. Together, we can make an even greater impact.

About MQ:

MQ is the UK's leading mental health charity. Mental illness affects up to 1 in 4 of us, yet funding for this health crisis falls woefully short, with only £9 spent on research per person affected. This is 25 times less what is spent on cancer research.

Your donation will help fund the most cutting-edge mental health research projects across the globe to create a world where mental illness is better understood, effectively treated and one day prevented.
