We are walking as a team to raise funds for Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice.

Daniel Bugg (the son of our friends, Jonathan and Catherine) has received end of life care at Ty Hafan and appreciated the care and love and support the Ty Hafan team gave him.

We are walking to raise funds for this amazing charity so they can continue to offer this essential service to children with life-limiting conditions and their families, helping them make the most of the time they have left together.
