As some of you might be aware, Sam and I will take part as the IBT Medical Affairs Psyclopath team in the 2024 ICON CAREs - Bratislava to Budapest Cycle Challenge.

This 3 day long, 390km / 242-mile gruelling bike ride is for a good cause – to raise funds for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.- a charity looking to fund research in to finding effective treatments for motor neuron disease (MND/ALS).
