When my family was faced with the challenges associated with having a sick child, we were lucky to be referred to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver.

The town we lived in didn't have the medical facilities that our daughter needed so we were told that we needed to go to Denver. Not only were we filled with emotions and fear for what our daughter was going through, but the thought of figuring out where we would stay and how we would pay for it was truly more than we could bear.

The staff and volunteers at RMHC made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in the door. They provided guidance and support throughout the process.

I'm sharing my story to bring awareness about what RMHC - Denver means to me and to raise funds so that others can have a similar expeience.
