Education is the most important foundation in the life of any person. SCC has been working in Vietnam since 1992 to try and provide this essential element for hundreds of disadvantaged children.They offer scholarships for kindergarten right through to college and vocational training, supporting students throughout. They have provided over 45,000 scholarships and built over 220 schools across Vietnam.

The difference an educated child can make to their community by breaking the cycle of poverty is both immense and enduring.

This will be my eighth year cycling for SCC to raise funds, along a familiar route from Phong Nha to Hue and then across the Hai Van Pass to Da Nang, a cumulative 300km over 3 days. As is always the case, the riders personally pay for their costs so you are assured that all the money you pledge goes directly to SCC.
