In October 2021, our close family friend Jude (aged 7) suddenly and sadly passed away from complications of his epilepsy.

Living with epilepsy was a daily challenge for Jude and his family - Andy (Panda), Laura, Layla, Cleo & Luna. They did this with great determination, bravery and kindness; an inspiration. As Jude would say, #BeKindBeBraveAndNeverGiveUp!

I’m taking on this challenge, part of a team of 50, in memory of Jude, support for his family & to help other children just like him suffering from epilepsy.

Full disclosure, I will likely be doing the “Ride 60” version on the day. 62.8 miles / 101 km at (hopefully) a reasonable pace is enough & will represent a real challenge for me! Plus I’m told I do only have little legs & short arms, so be kind :)
