Just over three years ago my Dad was diagnosed with MND. Having experienced first hand the effects of MND, working with my family to continually adapt to the next challenge, watching Dad persevere as this cruel disease removed his independence as limbs gradually ceased to function - I am all too aware of the need of My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. Both to advance the medical research of this disease and to support families when the disease begins to debilitate their loved one.

Full time care, adapting the home, help with eating the list goes on…….for any family this is simply a brutal time and every bit of support is welcome.

Hence, I have joined the Specsavers Dundee team for Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025 to raise money and awareness for this important cause that is close to my heart.

Teams of keen cyclists and supporters of the Foundation will be joining Rob Wainwright across the 4 day, 700-mile route and we hope you may consider supporting our efforts through this page.
